Nestled in the charming Upper East Side of Manhattan, Incrêpeable is a haven for those seeking authentic crêpes in a warm and inviting atmosphere. We offer an array of baked goods, coffee, and other goodies.

The history of crêpes dates back to the 13th century in France, specifically in the region of Brittany. The initial creation of this culinary delight occurred when peasants unintentionally spilled porridge onto a smooth cooking surface. As luck would have it, the thin layer of porridge transformed into crêpes, thin and crispy in texture, becoming an instant hit.

We combine traditional preparations with local ingredients for crêpes that are authentic to both their French origins and New York setting.
